Sheridan Nurseries Christmas Open House 2023 Scratch and Save Card Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Scratch and Save Card (“Card”) is available to customers making an in-store purchase while supplies last at Sheridan Nurseries Locations including:

• Etobicoke Garden Centre: 2069 Burnhamthorpe Road East Mississauga, ON L4X 2S7
• Aurora Garden Centre: 15630 Bayview Ave Aurora, ON L4G 0Y7
• Kitchener Garden Centre: 100 Elmsdale Drive Kitchener, ON N2E 1H6
• Mississauga Garden Centre: 606 Southdown Road Mississauga, ON L5J 2Y4
• Scarborough Garden Centre: 1774 Ellesmere Road Scarborough, ON. M1H 2V5
• Toronto Garden Centre: 2827 Yonge Street Toronto, ON M4N 2J4
• Whitby Garden Centre: 410 Taunton Road West Whitby, ON L1P 2A9

• The Card is void if scratched before the transaction is completed at the register.

2. Participation:

• Customers are automatically eligible to receive a Card with qualifying purchases.
• Each Card contains a hidden discount or offer, revealed by scratching the designated area.
• Customers can redeem the offer revealed on the Card on eligible items in the transaction that has already been scanned through at time scratching the offer.  NO items may be added to the transaction after the offer has been revealed.

3. Redemption:

• The cashier will scratch the Card and apply the revealed discount or offer to eligible products in the qualifying transaction.

4. Expiration:

• The Card’s offer is valid on Saturday, November 4, 2023, and Sunday, December 5, 2023, only.
• Expired Cards will not be accepted, and their offers will be void.

5. Limitations:

• Each Card can be redeemed only once.
• Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
• The Card’s offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless specified otherwise on the Card.

6. Tampering:

• Tampering with the Card or attempting to reveal the offer before the transaction is complete will result in the Card being voided.

7. Disputes:

• Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the Card will be resolved at the discretion of Sheridan Nurseries.

9. Termination or Modification:

• Sheridan Nurseries reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Scratch and Save Card program at any time without prior notice.

10. Law and Jurisdiction:

• These rules and regulations are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
• Any legal disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.

By participating in the Scratch and Save Card program, customers agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Sheridan Nurseries reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the Card program.

11. Prizes and Odds:

Each scratch Card will reveal one (1) of the following discounts:  (i) 10% off; (ii)15 % off; (iii)20 % off; (iv) 25% off; (v) 30% off; (vi) 40% off; (vii) 50% off; (each a “Prize” or “Discount”).  All amounts are in Canadian currency.  At the start of the Promotion, the number of Scratch Cards available and the odds of obtaining a particular Scratch Card are as follows:

The odds of obtaining a particular Scratch Card will vary based on distribution of Scratch Cards by Sponsor to Participating Locations and will change throughout the Promotion Period as Scratch Cards are distributed and redeemed.  The total number and particular quantities of Prizes available to be won will decrease as Scratch Cards are distributed and Prizes are claimed.
